HB 2066 and HB 2065- to create a microgrid program and improve interconnection
SB 688 to begin exploring performance-based ratemaking
HB 3681 to create a more streamlined EFSC process
HB 3336 to require planning for Grid Enhancing Technologies
HB 3863 to allow standard contracts and rates for solar projects up to 10 MW
SB 827 to expand Solar+ Storage Rebate eligibility to include stand-alone storage
