The Oregon Community Solar Program allows customers of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power and Idaho Power to access the benefits of solar power. By connecting individuals, businesses, organizations, communities and developers, Community Solar provides the tools and support to develop solar projects and expand access to clean energy to more communities across Oregon.

Energy Trust launched a new Community Solar Development Assistance offering to support early development activities of small and public or nonprofit-led projects participating in the Oregon Community Solar Program.
National Community Solar Partnership
Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) has a National Community Solar Partnership They are currently seeking partners to join NCSP. The National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP) is a coalition of community solar stakeholders working to expand access to affordable community solar to every American household by 2025.
