Permanent Rules Adopted for the 1.5 Percent for Green Energy Technology Program

The Oregon Department of Energy submitted final rules to the Secretary of State on December 19, 2019 to implement House Bill 2496, which updates the 1.5 Percent for Green Energy Technology program. The permanent rules will be effective January 1, 2020.

This concludes the formal rulemaking process, which included a public hearing on December 5, 2019 and a public comment period which closed on December 5, 2019.
