Ken Davies REM - Deputy Director – Climate Smart San José - City of San José - Environmental Services Department. Ken will be talking about San Jose's new pioneering building code and what it means for electrification

Andria Jacob - Senior Manager, Energy Programs and Policy - City of Portland - Andria will be providing a perspective from the city of Portland and the promises and challenges of electrification in the Pacific Northwest.
