2019 Annual Member Meeting a Success

OSEIA had a full house at our annual member meeting with most OSEIA members having a presence at the meeting.  We had robust discussions of solar policy, including legislative efforts and rulemaking across several agencies. Members discussed opportunities to improve land-use issues, create new incentives for rooftop solar, and improving existing solar programs.  We heard about OSEIA’s financials, our workforce development program, the Oregon Solar Energy Conference (Save the Date – May 7-9), the upcoming Solar Lobby Day (Save the Date April 30th), and an update on Sun Power’s operations in Hillsboro. The highlight of the meeting was Dean Abney receiving the Apogee award for a lifetime of achievement in solar for his pioneering work with solar battery storage. Thank you OSEIA members for making the day a success!
